Symptoms
Blotchy, asymmetric leaf mottling that does not mirror the leaf's midrib, small lopsided and bitter fruit, and progressive tree decline and dieback.
Favorable conditions
- •Presence of the Asian citrus psyllid vector
- •Infected nursery stock or nearby infected trees
Management
- 1Control psyllid vector populations
- 2Remove and destroy infected trees promptly to limit spread
- 3Plant only certified disease-free nursery stock
