Questions
Is plant identification really unlimited on the free plan?
Yes. Only the photo health diagnosis is limited on Free (3 to start). Identifying what a plant is, tracking up to 5 plants, care reminders, and the community are all free.
What counts as a diagnosis?
Uploading a photo of a sick plant to get a differential, remedy steps, and a follow-up plan. Re-checking the same plant later is a separate diagnosis on Free, and unlimited on Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel from your profile. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
