Symptoms

Marginal leaf scorch and browning, delayed lignification of canes ("green islands"), and rapid vine decline leading to death.

Favorable conditions

• •Sharpshooter leafhopper vector activity
• •Proximity to riparian or wild host vegetation harboring the bacterium

Management
