Drooping is this plant's built-in low-water signal and is normal — water thoroughly and it recovers within hours. Brown leaf tips despite regular watering usually point to tap water minerals or too much direct sun rather than underwatering.
Divide the plant at the root ball when repotting, making sure each division keeps a good portion of roots and at least a few leaves, then pot separately.
Repot every 1-2 years or once roots start emerging from the drainage holes — peace lilies bloom best when only slightly root-bound, so avoid sizing up too aggressively.
